Josh is a Live Event Creator, Writer, Director, and Producer based in Los Angeles. Best known as the creator of the internationally acclaimed immersive pioneer, BLACKOUT Haunted House (2009-2019), Josh has also created multi-platform immersive experiences for the New York Times, Universal Pictures, Netflix, Blumhouse Productions, Focus Features, BOSE, Disney, Crypt TV, Aviron Pictures, the DJ Skrillex, the band Queens of the Stone Age, and the Emmy-award winning Secret Location in Toronto. Having created, directed and produced more than 50 immersive experiences (*2 Drama Desk Nominations), Josh has also worked in the administrative offices of Two Bit Circus, New York City Opera, the Public Theater’s Summer Play Festival, Second Stage Theater, and Manhattan Theater Club. He wrote and directed HULU’s “Castle Rock Experience” at San Diego Comic Con for JJ Abrams and Stephen King. Most recently, the Creative Producer for Two Bit Circus. Studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, SITI Company, and Experimental Theater Wing, amongst others. Graduate of New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.
